Now… Add tomatoes Add 1 tablespoon of salt Cook tomatoes till it turns smashing
Now it’s time to add marinate prawns Mix it well and cook for 2 minutes
Now.. add the rice Water ration is 1: 1 For 1 cup of rice add 1 cup of water Leave for 2 minutes till water boil
Add the mint leaves Add Ghee as per your taste
Close the lid and cook about for 15 minutes Switch off the flame after 15 minutes And, allow prawn biryani to rest for 15 minutes
Now… open the lid and mix everything The delicious prawn biryani is ready to serve
Step #3. Carrot Salad Recipe
Add grated carrot, mint leaves, salt as per your taste, add yogurt and mix it well
