A healthy and delicious Japanese salad. Japanese cucumbers are recommended, but Persian cucumbers work well also. I was going to use them in this video, but they didn't look too good at my produce store, so I used an English cucumber. Regular cucumbers work also, and they are much cheaper.
Let them marinade in the refrigerator for at least 24 hours before consuming for the best taste. I found the roasted white sesame seeds in the international foods section of my local supermarket. I will make a video in the future on how to roast sesame seeds. I will also make other variations of this salad in future videos.
