- In a pan heat some oil. - Add cumin seeds, curry leaves, ginger garlic paste, chopped onion, chopped capsicum, coriander leaves, lemon juice, black pepper & salt. Mix everything well. - Cover it with a lid and let everything cook for 5 minutes. - Add the paneer cubes & boiled rice. Mix well. - Again cover it with a lid and let it steam for 10 minutes. - Garnish the Paneer Pulao with coriander leaves & serve with Dal Fry or Curry.
