Fitness coach AL and G are now competing on push-up. It's a timed competition and you have 2 minutes to do as many push-ups as you can. As per the rules, there are two authorized rest positions. If you are tired, you can stop for a while but you have to keep your knees up. If your knees hit the ground, your turn is over. That’s all for the rules and regulations.
