राजस्थान में बहुजन समाज पार्टी के 6 विधायकों को कांग्रेस में विलय करने के खिलाफ याचिका पर सुप्रीम कोर्ट में सुनवाई हुई. सुनवाई के बाद सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने राजस्थान विधानसभा स्पीकर सीपी जोशी को नोटिस जारी कर जवाब मांगा है. हालांकि सुनवाई के दौरान कोर्ट ने बीएसपी के वकील सतीश मिश्रा से पूछा कि हाईकोर्ट के एकल जज की पीठ के आदेश को आपने डिवीजन बेंच के सामने चुनौती क्यों नहीं दी? आप सीधे यहां क्यों आ गए? साथ ही सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने राजस्थान विधानसभा के स्पीकर और BSP के टिकट पर जीते 6 विधायकों को नोटिस भी जारी किया है.
