Find the best financial services for you at: SMARTFINANCESOLUTIONS.NET - Is bankruptcy the same as a CCJ? - I have to fill out a Tenancy application form to apply for a flat. One section of the form asks have I ever had a CCJ registered against me, and has a yes/no tick box.
Last year i was declared bankrupt and was discharged last month. Do i tick the yes box or the no box? Im not sure weather CCJs and bankruptcy are the same thing and want to be honest as possible with my application.
