Three horses rescued from evacuation area

On Oct. 25, three horses were rescued from the evacuation area in Tick Canyon, California. The horses were reportedly without food and water for multiple days, but were saved from the fast moving Tick Fire and have been transported to the Castaic Animal Care Center for evaluation and treatment.
