The Vedanta-Foxconn semiconductor chip manufacturing project that led to a huge controversy in Maharashtra is reportedly facing a major trouble. After shifting the project from Maharashtra’s Talegaon to Gujarat’s Dholera, the project is reportedly struggling to get a financer. The 1.54 Lakh Cr rupees project was expected to generate close to 2 lakh jobs in the state. However, according to a Bloomberg report the project is facing difficulties in getting financial backer for the mega project.
